Registration Conditions
Registration is required for all participants of IBDAP 2025. The author must pay the registration fee for each accepted paper before submitting the camera ready. For your papers to be appeared in the proceedings:
- At least one author of an accepted paper must be registered before the registration deadline
- One registration is valid for one person, covering one paper on which the person registered is an author/co-author
IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference, including IEEE Xplore® Digital Library, if the paper is not presented by the author at the conference.

Note:
- Multiple accepted papers with the same first author will have to pay one basic registration fee for the first paper and, in addition, an additional fee (THB 13,000 or USD 370) for each additional paper.
- Registration fee includes the two days of the conference (all sessions and keynotes) and conference kit (conference guide and electronic proceedings)
- No cancellation/refund is accepted after July 18, 2025 or is given for no-shows. Payment for refund will be settled ONLY after the conference date (August 3, 2025) with 30% cancellation charge applied.
